Invite your friends to a fun, action-packed, hands-on, science, technology, and/or engineering experience party at one of our innovation centers in Basel or Zürich. You pick the topic and we will create with you a customized party experience based on age and interest!

Basic Package

2 or 3 hour party Includes 1-2 guided activities, free play, plus table reservation for self-catered cake or food.

• Party Schedule†:

  • Before the Party

    • −30 min:HOST (+birthday child/family) is welcome to arrive early to set up (free).

  • Party Begins

    • 00:00–00:15:GUEST Arrival & Free Play

    • 00:15–1:30/2:30: TechLabs STEM Activity (single activity or double activity depending on 2 or 3 hour booking)

    • Last 30–45 min: Free Play, serve cake, refreshments, open gifts, Piñata (optional)

  • After the Party

    • +30 min: clean-up and departure

    †Please help us maintain a punctual schedule. Additional time is possible by pre-arrangement ONLY in 0:30 increments at a rate of CHF 25.

• Additional details:

  • Instructor Ratio:

    • 1 instructor for up to 8 children

    • 2 instructors for 9-16 children

    • Additional instructors provided for larger groups

  • Provided Supplies:

    • TechLabs provides: tables, chairs, water, disposable cups, paper plates, disposable spoons/forks, napkins, WC facilities.  

    • TechLabs does not provide food, snacks or other beverages.  Party host is welcome to bring outside food, beverages, cake

  • Set Up/ Clean Up:

    • Hosts arrive 0:30 minutes prior to the start of the event for set-up and stay 30 minutes after event for clean up (no charge for time).

    • Additional set-up/clean-up time will be assessed a charge of CHF 25 / 0:30 minutes.

  • During the party, adults (RELATED to guests) are welcome to stay.

  • Birthday Party Cancellation Policy

    We know party plans can change! To ensure the best experience for everyone, we use a flexible cancellation policy:

    Free Cancellation (7+ Days Notice): You can cancel your party booking up to 7 full days before your scheduled event for a full refund, with absolutely no charges or penalties.

    Late Cancellation (Less than 7 Days Notice): Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and will forfeit the booking deposit.
